 1. What is MiaMia Beauty?
MiaMia Beauty is an iPhone app that is a personalized place for you to create and discover looks, bookmark your current beauty routine, share beauty with your friends and purchase your products.
2. How do I get the MiaMia Beauty app?
You can download MiaMia on the App Store and we are free! If you're on Android, go here and let us know.
3. Who can see my profile?
Your profile can be viewed by anyone on MiaMia. Only your private products or Looks will not be viewable by others.
4. How does privacy work?
You can’t hide your active account on MiaMia, but you can make any product or Look private. You can do so by clicking the “eye” image on the chosen product or Look that you want to make private. At this time, only you will be able to see private products or Looks.
5. How can I find friends and style makers to follow?
You can find your friends and style makers by tapping on Search in the bottom navigation bar and then on People to search and browse. If you don’t find your friends, then you can invite them by going to your Profile and clicking on the invite friends button.
6. How do I find a specific product?
You simply tap on Search in the bottom navigation bar. When you’re there, you can search for your product in the main search bar or browse for a group of products by tapping on Products under Search.
7. How do I create a Look?
Looks are a great way to group and keep your favorite collections of beauty products (e.g. date night smokey eye or Korean skincare).

To create a new Look, tap on the “+” button in the bottom navigation bar. This will take you to the Looks editor, which will guide you through the creation process. Once you have saved your Look, it will show up in My Looks in your profile. You can always edit a Look even after you have saved it to your profile.
8. How do I buy a product?
You can buy a product by searching for your product and your favorite retailer in the Search bar. You then tap to navigate to its’ product page and click the “buy” button. You are then sent to the retailer to finish the purchase. The retailer will handle the shipping of your product and please contact them if you have any problems with your order. Tip: If this product is a favorite of yours, then we recommend Love-ing it so that it’s saved to your profile and you can reorder it easily the next time.
9. How do I change my password, email address or username?
You can change any of the above by visiting your profile settings.
10. I have a technical problem or support issue I need resolved, who do I email?

11. When are you going to make the app for Andriod and for the web?
We are currently focused on making the iPhone experience the best ever. We will let you know once the Android and web experience are ready. Go here and get notified of product updates.
12. What do I do if I find offensive content or a copyright infringement?
Please flag the content by sending us a screenshot of the potential offense to hello@miamiabeauty.com. We will review and remove any offensive or infringing content within 72 hours. We appreciate your help in making MiaMia a safe platform for everyone.
